• কম্পিউটারে সমস্যা থাকলে এতে কাজ করতে অনেক সমস্যা হয়্। তাই এই সমস্যা আর সমাধান নিয়ে চলবে সমাধানের চেষ্টা ।

1. সমস্যা :কম্পিউটার Slow হলে কি করতে হবে? 

সমাধান-(`.`)-সাধারনত কাজের সুবিধার জন্য নানা রকম Software ব্যবহার কতে হয় ,সে জন্য কিছুটা Slow হয়।আর তাছাড়া আর ও কিছু কারন থাকে যেমন ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহা্রের কারনে কিছু Temp File সৃষ্টি হয় তা CMD Command এর দ্বারা Delete করা যায়।এন্টি-ভাইরাস ব্যবহারের কারনে Computer কিছুটা Slow হয় তার জন্য Ram & Processor বুঝে এন্টি-ভাইরাস ব্যবহার কারতে হবে। এবং Disk Derangement মাঝে মাঝে  দিতে হবে এতে করে কাজ করতে সুবিধা হবে। 

   

       2.  সমস্যা : কি কি কারনে কম্পিউটার Slow কাজ করে?

সমাধান-(`.`)-কম্পিউটার সাধারনত নানা রকম Software ব্যবহারের কারনে অনেক টা Slow কাজ করে ।তা ছাড়া  Virus কম্পিউটার Slow করে দেয়।এখানে একটি দেখার বিষয় যে আপনার ব্যবহৃত কম্পিউটারে কেউ গোপনে  Keylogger   ইনস্টল করেছে কিনা ,যদি তা হয় তা হলে  আপনি দুই ভাবে ক্ষতির সম্মুক্ষিণ হবেন প্রখমত  আপনার কম্পিউটার থেকে আপনার E-mail Id & Password Keylogger এর মাধ্যমে অন্য কারো হাতে চলে যাচ্ছে। যদি   Keylogger  ইনস্টল থাকলে কম্পিউটার Slow কাজ করে।

       3.  সমস্যা : Keylogger  কি ?

সমাধান-(`.`)- Keylogger একটি কম্পিউটার ফাইল যা একটি নির্ধারিত E-mail এর মাধ্যমে কাজ করে। এবং ব্যবহৃত কম্পিউটারের  Id & Password  সেই  নির্ধারিত  E-mail পাঠাতে থাকে ,যা  User কখনই বুঝতে পারে না। এক সময়  User   Hacking এন শিকার হন।

       4. সমস্যা :  কম্পিউটারে Keylogger ইনস্টল থাকলে কি করে বুঝব?

সমাধান-(`.`)-সাধারনত কম্পিউটারে Keylogger ইনস্টল করা থাকলে এটা বুঝা অনেক জটিল হবে  কম্পিউটারে  Keylogger  ইনস্টল থাকলে এটা  Control Panel  এ আসে না । যখন Internet এ কাজ করবেন তখন  E-mail Id & Password বারবার  Logging করতে হবে। Keylogger সাধারনত Hacking এর জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়।

      5 . সমস্যা :  Computer বারবার Hang হয় কেন ?

সমাধান-(`.`)-সাধারনত  কম্পিউটার  Hang করার  অনেক গুলি কারন রয়েছে তার মধ্যে কিছু কারন হল অনেক টা এমন যে,কম্পিউটারে ব্যবহৃত Processor & Ram এর Speed এর তুলনায় অধিক ক্ষমতা সম্পর্ন কাজ করতে চাইলে,কম্পিউটার Open করতে পারে না বারবার চেষ্টার পরেও সেই Program & Software Open হচ্ছে না সেই ক্ষেত্রেও কম্পিউটার  Hang  করতে পারে তাছাড়া কম্পিউটারে ব্যবহৃত Processor এর উপর চাপ টা ঠিকঠক আছে কি না  এবং Cooling Fan ঠিক ভাবে ঘুরছে কি না Motherboard কোন কারনে চাপ বা ঝাকুনি পেলে , Hard Disk এ Bad Sector এর পরিমান বেশি হলে,কম্পিউটারে Graphics Card না থাকলে High Graphics Game & High Graphics এর কোন কাজ করলে কম্পিউটার  Hang করতে পারে । মাঝে মাঝে Disk Derangement দিতে হবে এতে করে অনেক ছোট সমস্যার সমাধার হবে |

      6 . সমস্যা : কি করে নাম ছাড়া File & Folder Create করা যায়?

সমাধান-(`.`)- Key Board এর Left Side এর Alt চেপে ‍Special Key 255 অথবা 0160 চাপতে হবে । Key Board এর Right Side 0-9 এই গুলো থেকে চাপতে হবে । সব Laptop এ এই Special Key থাকে না।

     7 . সমস্যা :কম্পিউটারে কি করে USB  DEVISE ব্যবহার বন্ধ করা যায় ?

সমাধান-(`.`)-বাহিরের কেউ চাইলেই আমার কম্পিউটার থেকে  PEN DRIVE এর মাধ্যমে কোন DATA নিতে পারবে না তা জন্য যা করতে হবে Start থেকে Run এ গিয়ে কমেন্ট বক্সে REGEDIT লিখে এন্টার চাপুন। তারপর HKEY LOCAL MACHINE/SYSTEM/Currentcontrolset/Services/USBSTORএবার USBSTOR এ গিয়ে Start এ Double Click একটি Dialog Box আসবে সেখানে Valu 3 থাকলে 4 করে দিলেই PEN DRIVE আর কাজ করবে না। **এটি OS এর SYSTEM এর সাথে যুক্ত তাই সাবধান হয়ে করুন।

8 . সমস্যা : MAC (Apple OS)এর Run Command এর ব্যবহার ও তার কাজ ?

    8 . সমস্যা : কীবোর্ড এর ফাংশন কী (F1 - F12) গুলোর ব্যবহার ও তার কাজ ?

সমাধান-(`.`)-

F1 : সহায়তাকারী কি হিসেবে ব্যবহূত হয়। F1 চাপলে প্রতিটি প্রোগ্রামের ‘হেল্প’ চলে আসে।

F2 : সাধারণত কোনো ফাইল বা ফোল্ডারের নাম বদলের (Rename) জন্য ব্যবহূত হয়। Alt Ctrl F2 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের নতুন ফাইল খোলা হয়। Ctrl F2 চেপে ওয়ার্ডে প্রিন্ট প্রিভিউ দেখা যায়।

F3: এটি চাপলে মাইক্রোসফট উইন্ডোজসহ অনেক প্রোগ্রামের সার্চ সুবিধা চালু হয়। Shift F3 চেপে ওয়ার্ডের লেখা বড় হাতের থেকে ছোট হাতের বা প্রত্যেক শব্দের প্রথম অক্ষর বড় হাতের বর্ণ দিয়ে শুরু ইত্যাদি কাজ করা হয়।

F4 : ওয়ার্ডের Last Action Performed আবার (Repeat) করা যায় এ কি চেপে। Alt F4 চেপে সক্রিয় সব প্রোগ্রাম বন্ধ করা হয়। Ctrl F4 চেপে সক্রিয় সব উইন্ডো বন্ধ করা হয়।

F5 : মাইক্রোসফট উইন্ডোজ, ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজার ইত্যাদি Refresh করা হয় F5 চেপে। পাওয়ার পয়েন্টের স্লাইড শো শুরু করা যায়। ওয়ার্ডের find, replace, go to উইন্ডো খোলা হয়।

F6 : এটা দিয়ে মাউস কারসারকে ওয়েব ব্রাউজারের ঠিকানা লেখার জায়গায় (অ্যাড্রেসবার) নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। Ctrl Shift F6 চেপে ওয়ার্ডে খোলা অন্য ডকুমেন্টটি সক্রিয় করা হয়।

F7 : ওয়ার্ডে লেখার বানান ও ব্যাকরণ ঠিক করা হয় এ কি চেপে।
ফায়ারফক্সের Caret Browsing চালু করা যায়। Shift F7 চেপে ওয়ার্ডে কোনো নির্বাচিত শব্দের প্রতিশব্দ, বিপরীত শব্দ, শব্দের ধরন ইত্যাদি জানার অভিধান চালু করা হয়।

F8 : অপারেটিং সিস্টেম চালু হওয়ার সময় কাজে লাগে এই কি। সাধারণত উইন্ডোজ Safe Mode-এ চালাতে এটি চাপতে হয়।

F9 : কোয়ার্ক এক্সপ্রেস 5.0-এর মেজারমেন্ট টুলবার খোলা যায় এই কি দিয়ে।

F10 : ওয়েব ব্রাউজার বা কোনো খোলা উইন্ডোর মেনুবার নির্বাচন করা হয় এ কি চেপে। Shift F10 চেপে কোনো নির্বাচিত লেখা বা সংযুক্তি, লিংক বা ছবির ওপর মাউস রেখে ডান বাটনে ক্লিক করার কাজ করা হয়।

F11: ওয়েব ব্রাউজার Full Screen হয়।

F12 : ওয়ার্ডের Save as উইন্ডো খোলা হয় এ কি চেপে। Shift F12 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের ফাইল সেভ করা হয়। এবং Ctrl Shift F12 চেপে ওয়ার্ড ফাইল প্রিন্ট করা হয়।

     9. সমস্যা : পেনড্রাইভ ও মেমোরী কার্ডে লুকানো ফাইল কি করে উদ্ধার করব? 

সমাধান-(`.`)- পেনড্রাইভ ও মেমোরী কার্ডে লুকানো ফাইল উদ্ধার করার জন্য Drive এর  Search Option গিয়ে  “  .  ” শুধু ডট লিখে  Search দিন। সব ফাইল চলে আসবে।

 10. সমস্যা : Key Board Shortcut Key? 

সমাধান-(`.`)-Computer চালাতে গেলেই Key Board প্রযোজন আর কাজের প্রযোজনে Key Board এর  Shortcut Key দরকার ।

 11. সমস্যা : PC থেকে শর্টকাট ভাইরাস স্থায়ীভাবে রিমুভের উপায়?

সমাধান-(`.`)-শর্টকাট ভাইরাস স্থায়ীভাবে রিমুভের জন্য আপনাকে কয়েকটি ধাপ অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

For Victim Computer…..

১. RUN এ যান।

২. wscript.exe লিখে ENTER চাপুন।

৩. Stop script after specified number of seconds: এ 1 দিয়ে APPLY করুন।

এবার কারো পেনড্রাইভের শর্টকাট ভাইরাস আর আপনার কম্পিউটারে ডুকবে না।

For Victim Computer…..

১. কী বোর্ডের CTRL+SHIFT+ESC চাপুন।

২. PROCESS ট্যাবে যান।

৩. এখানে wscript.exe ফাইলটি সিলেক্ট করুন।

৪. End Process এ ক্লিক করুন।

৫. এবার আপনার কম্পিউটারের C:/ ড্রাইভে যান।

৬. সার্চ বক্সে wscript লিখে সার্চ করুন।

৭. wscript নামের সব ফাইলগুলো SHIFT+DELETE দিন।

৮. যেই ফাইলগুলো ডিলিট হচ্ছে না ওইগুলো স্কিপ করে দিন।

৯. এখন RUN এ যান।

১০. wscript.exe লিখে ENTER চাপুন।

১১. Stopscript after specified number of seconds: এ1 দিয়েAPPLY করুন।

এখন আপনার কম্পিউটারশর্টকাট ভাইরাসমুক্ত। এবারঅন্য কারোপেনড্রাইভের শর্টকাটভাইরাস আরআপনার কম্পিউটারে আসবে না।

12. সমস্যা : ভাইরাসআক্রান্ত পেনড্রাইভের জন্য?

সমাধান-(`.`)-আপনার পেনড্রাইভটিকম্পিউটারের সাথেসংযুক্ত করুন। এবার Run এ গিয়ে cmd লিখে এন্টার দিন তারপর cmd গিয়ে  আপনার পেনড্রাইভের ড্রাইভলেটারটি লিখেএন্টার দিন।(যেমন: I:) নিচেরকোডটি নির্ভুলভাবেলিখুন। কোডঃ attrib-s -h /s /d *.* এবার  এন্টারকী চাপুন।এবার দেখুনপেনড্রাইভে রাখাআপনার ফাইলগুলোপুনরায় দেখাচ্ছেকিনা ।এবার আপনারগুরুত্বপূর্ণ ডাটাগুলোরেখে পেনড্রাইভফরম্যাট করেদিন। আপনার পেনড্রাইভ শর্টকাটভাইরাস মুক্ত।
